广大公租房承租户：
我们在实施2020年公租房及补贴专项清查整治审核中，通过上门入户、电话联系、邻里走访、社区查找等方式，仍有268户承租对象无法联系，未接受审核。根据《西充县公共租赁住房管理实施细则》的相关规定，未接受公租房年度审核的，将依规清退。本着保障民生、方便于民的原则，县住房保障管理中心再次在我县政府官方网站、融媒体中心、微西充等媒体公示。请广大承租户从公告之日起，90日内到西充县住房保障管理中心（房管局502室）接受审核，审核合格的可继续承租，不合格的清退；对逾期不能接受审核的，将依规清退，由此产生的一切后果，由承租对象自行负责。
