新房大盘点！2021年南充市场往哪走？
2020年已经谢幕，这一年在新冠疫情的影响下，南充土地市场走过了1-3月的“空窗期”，随着疫后政策利好又迎来了4-7月的“井喷”，最后终于在下半年回到了冷静期。即便如此几起几落，最终的总出让体量仍然超过了2019年。据统计，如阳光、鸿通、天誉等老牌房企这一年都竞得了大量新地块，而优品道、敏捷等新进驻南充的房企也成功拿下了不少项目，其中不乏有高价地。
那么，进入2021年，将有哪些待入市的新盘项目可以供我们选择呢？
顺庆区

高坪区

嘉陵区

总的来看，2021年顺庆区新盘众多，尤其是果州大道、荆溪片区两个版块正处于集中开发阶段，新盘林立，其中很多楼盘已经赶在了2020年最后两个月开盘。此外，还有少量尚未确定案名的新项目，如碧桂园竞得的原太极制药厂地块等，或许也将在2021年入市；
高坪区6个新盘待入市，分布区域仍然集中在嘉陵江到螺溪河的滨水线上，充分利用江东商圈、会展新城以及南高高坪校区等热点配套；
嘉陵区新盘主要集中在文峰片区，不过就12月底嘉陵3宗地块取消拍卖的情况来看，嘉陵区土地市场实在不算景气，或许在未来一段时间内都会比较冷淡，新盘不会太多。
