南充蓝润春风屿湖楼盘现在的建设场景，是这个样子的
南充：曾被曝光没有预售许可证的蓝润春风屿湖楼盘，现在的建设场景，是这个样子的前段时间经过嘉陵区于陛路附近时，看到蓝润春风屿湖楼盘大门边上，不停有大车进出，场地里面的几台挖机，也在轰隆隆的运作，显出了一点在搞建设的模样。
鄙人在旁向内张望，发现楼盘房子肯定是没完工，估计也修了有N多层了，至于质量如何，就不敢妄自揣测了，反正我是注意到，四周有裸露渣土未覆盖，作业面未采取良好的湿化作业，出入口道路硬化不全、泥土多，地上还有杂草和小树木，出入地面的清扫保洁工作也有待加强。
据了解，在去年8月的时候，蓝润春风屿湖楼盘曾被曝出没有预售许可证，就开始排号收钱? 的问题 ，而且内容中还写道，关于蓝润未取得预售许可证就开始收费的问题，已经不止一次了，在2018年蓝润进入南充的第一个楼盘“蓝润城”也发生过该类情况。当时有网友爆料，位于文峰片区的蓝润城项目在售楼部都还没有建好的情况下就开始收取诚意金“交两万抵四万”。可见这蓝润的楼盘，真是生财有“道”啊！当然，这些事情都是曾经，不是现在！至于2021年的如今，该楼盘有无取得预售许可证等一系列证件，就非鄙人所能知了
