课堂大比武，教坛竞风流——高2020级“课堂教学大比武”活动

经过年级组和各位参与老师的的精心准备，晋城中学高2020级2020年“课堂教学大比武”活动于2021年1月12日在高一教学楼（炳慧楼）成功举行。
一、启动仪式
上午8点，西充县晋城中学相关领导、高一年级组领导和成员、评委老师及参赛老师共同参加了启动仪式。该启动仪式由党总支副书记王均洲主持，分管教学的副校长蒲明春和副校长兼年级组组长庞云分别讲话。

二、教学比赛
之后，各学科的课堂教学大比武活动正式开始。比赛分文科和理科两个赛场分别举行。
按照抽签顺序，语文组杨焕老师、历史组庞小利老师、英语组杨发强老师和蔡晶老师、地理组刘成老师、语文组杜红梅老师在文科赛场依次展示精彩课堂。化学组任玉霞老师、物理组陈春梅老师、数学组陈家英老师、生物组袁春萍老师、数学组曾进桃老师在理科赛场依次展示精彩课堂。各位老师都尽情展现各种教学手段，充分调动学生的自主学习积极性，让知识和能力得到很好的掌握。

三、点评活动
下午4点，各位老师讲课结束。紧接着进入评课环节，冯志雄主任和王均洲书记分别主持理科和文科点评活动。首先由各位参赛老师自评，说出各自课堂设计、目的、采用的教学技巧及达到目的，也评出一些不足之处。然后由王勇主任和庞云副校长分别总结理科和文科讲课，总结了各位老师呈现出的优点，也指出了一些不足之处。

四、颁奖仪式
颁奖仪式由党总支副书记王均洲主持，政工副校长庞云宣读比赛获奖名单：刘成、杜红梅、袁春萍和陈家英四位老师获得一等奖；杨焕、曾进桃、杨发强、蔡晶、任玉霞、庞小利和陈春梅老师获得二等奖。并为他们颁奖。

五、校长讲话
最后，西充县晋城中学党总支书记、校长何太彪发表讲话。何校长首先祝贺本次活动的成功举行，肯定了各位老师的辛勤付出与取得的良好效果。他结合自身从事教育经历和感受，给教师们提出做好教师的“三个转变”和“四个坚持”。“三个转变”即就是转变观念、转变角色、转变方式。“四个坚持”即就是坚持学习、坚持实践、坚持反思、坚持写作。
