老政府片区镇中地块棚户区改造项目，工程地址位于仪陇县新政镇琳琅大道中段，工程采用机械钻孔灌注桩基础，持力层选为中风化泥岩。1号楼上部采用剪力墙结构，裙房采用框架结构，建筑+-0.000标高以上为26层，地下1层设备用房，建筑结构高度为78.75m，2-4号楼商业2层，建筑结构高度8.7米。总建筑面积24559㎡，该工程造价约为4639万元，总工期约为420天。
