买房的请注意！7月南充公积金有变
7月1日起你的住房公积金有变！
6月25日，记者从市住房公积金管理中心官网获悉，根据《住房公积金管理条例》《住房公积金归集业务标准》及省、市有关规定，我市调整2019-2020缴存年度（2019年7月1日至2020年6月30日）住房公积金缴存基数。

据了解，住房公积金缴存基数为职工上一年度月平均工资，计算住房公积金缴存基数的工资，应根据国家统计局关于工资总额组成的规定核定。工资总额由计时工资、计件工资、奖金、津贴和补贴、加班加点工资、特殊情况下支付的工资六个部分组成。2019年度我市住房公积金缴存基数上限为17216元；缴存基数下限为1650元。缴存基数每年核定一次，中途不作调整，当年新参加工作和新调入职工在年度基数调整时，不再重新核定。 据该中心有关负责人介绍，住房公积金缴存比例不得高于12%且不低于5%，同一单位职工的缴存比例应一致，单位缴存比例和职工缴存比例应一致。
月缴存额包括单位缴存部分和职工缴存部分，分别为缴存基数乘以单位缴存比例和职工缴存比例（分别以元为单位，元以下四舍五入），月缴存额=缴存基数×缴存比例×2。
即最高为17216元×12%×2≈4132元
最低为1650元×5%×2≈166元。
