最新！阆中又曝光32辆违法上路的非法非标电动三四轮车
交通违法曝光台近些年，我市涌现出大量燃油、电动、混合动力三轮车及电动四轮车，俗称“老年代步车”。此类车辆类型众多、品牌繁杂，并未列入国家机动车产品公告目录，很多车辆属于非法生产、销售，安全保障系数低，不具备登记注册上牌条件，加之一些驾驶人交通安全意识淡薄，闯红灯、逆向行驶、非法营运、非法改装、非法拼装、超员超载、乱停乱放等违法行为屡禁不止，存在严重的交通安全隐患。
安全大于天，对于违法上路的非法非标电动三四轮车，阆中市公安局交警大队联合城管、特巡警、市场监管局等部门组成联合执法组，以最严的措施，最硬的手段，最大的力度，治理影响城市文明和安全的“顽症”，切实营造安全、文明、有序、畅通的出行环境。

依据相关规定，上述类型车辆上道路行驶一经查获，处罚如下：凡未取得机动车驾驶证驾驶未经公安机关登记的机动车上路行驶的，一律予以扣留车辆，依法处1000元罚款，可以并处15日以下拘留；凡驾驶拼装电动三（四）轮车的一律予以收缴，达到报废标准的予以报废，对驾驶人处1000元罚款，持有机动车驾驶证的并处吊销机动车驾驶证。
公安交警部门呼吁：广大车主和市民，要切实增强守法意识，做到不购买、不使用、不乘坐无牌无证电动三（四）轮车，为共同创造安全、有序、畅通的交通环境而努力。
按照分类管理原则，2022年4月1日起，严查快递行业配送车辆无牌无证、乱停乱放、随意乱穿乱行、变道、闯红灯、逆行、未佩戴安全头盔、超载超限等交通违法。
