在庄严的升旗仪式后，教科室主任王伟宣读了第七届语文节活动方案。本届语文节历时两周，学生全员参与，班级先初赛，学校再决赛。每个年级均为两个项目：一是语文活动成果展示，二是语文实践活动展演。内容丰富有趣，如：趣味识字比赛、课文朗读比赛、猜字谜比赛、诗歌朗诵比赛、中华诗词大赛等。

副校长罗春彦为语文节致辞。她说，我们的语文节，到本届已经整整7年。这7年的坚持与坚守，是北小教育人对教育的热爱，是提升学生语文素养的执着，是不忘践行“大语文观”的初心所致。最后，她希望同学们踊跃参加语文节的各项活动，让读书识字成为大家的习惯和乐趣，让北小的校园处处都有淡淡的书香，朗朗的书声。

开幕式上，四年级组的“中华诗词朗诵会”给全校师生奉献了一场精彩绝伦的视听盛宴。朗诵会分四个篇章：春之韵，回归自然；乡之恋，沐浴真爱；家国情，眷念祖国；奋斗志，还看今朝。
一首《苔》与《行香子》，孩子们在音乐伴奏中精神饱满，字正腔圆，声音如涓涓细流，湿润如玉。
