1、准备一根线绳。

2、将线绳对折摆放。

3、a线压过b线做一个圈。

4、b线顺时针做一个圈，注意压、挑线顺序，如图所示。

5、a线逆时针方向穿过①做个圈，注意压、挑线顺序，如图所示。

7、b线顺时针做一个圈，注意压、挑线顺序，如图所示。

8、适度收紧线绳，调整结体即可。
