4月的绵阳，百花盛开、百鸟啁啾。黄腹山雀、黑翅长脚鹬、黄臀鹎、棕头鸦雀……百余种野生鸟类在和煦春光中嬉戏追逐，在山水草木间筑巢歌唱，美丽的精灵们让这座城市显得愈加惬意、和谐，富有生机。
据了解，近年来，四川省绵阳市不断加大野生动植物保护力度，共建立38个自然保护地，已记录的野生鸟类达520种以上，其中国家一、二级保护鸟类121种、中国特有鸟类22种；拥有160种国家重点保护野生动物，其中一级保护野生动物37种、二级保护野生动物123种。（彭茜、廖振兴、赖怡）
