写材料的人天天爬格子，五加二白加黑随时待命，压力山大，写好了没功劳，写不好有责任，没空去做灵活机动和领导套近乎的事，做幕后英雄，便宜了他人，坑了自己，头发越来越少，身体越来越差，奉献了青春，耽搁了家庭，最终也不一定能提拔修成正果。

也没有那么夸张一般按正规套路弄一版，然后领导不是很明白，说你重点没有表达清楚，详细的再来一版，领导明白了，说你简单的事情写复杂了，再回到第一版，如果再往上汇报，思路有变化，重写后还是这样循环
