7月28日上午，一位年过七旬的老人，颤颤巍巍走到开州区公安局谭家派出所，亲手送上写着“失而复得暖人心 人民警察为人民”的锦旗。

失而复得暖人心
人民警察为人民

2021年7月26日，晚饭时间。一位年近七旬老人，急急匆匆来到开州区公安局谭家派出所，老人吐词不清，但民警能感受到他神情与言语间的焦急。
民警通过耐心仔细询问，了解到老人下午乘坐中巴车时钱包丢了，里面有大量现金，还有一些重要证件，车牌也记不清，于是来派出所寻求帮助。
民警顾不上吃饭，立即开展调查工作，一方面调阅沿途监控，一方面安抚老年人情绪。经过大量的工作，最终联系上了钱包拾得者，但因居住地离场镇太远，不能立即归还。虽然当时暴雨倾盆，为了让老人安心，民警还是立即驱车赶往拾得者家中。
取得钱包后，在返回途中，暴雨导致树木、竹子倒在公路上，已致使很多车辆堵塞。
由于天色已黑，暴雨倾盆，如果不立即将路面清理，疏通公路，后方车辆将越堵越多，一旦发生意外，后果将不堪设想。民警杨毛欣丝毫没有多想，淋着雨，赤手空拳就开始搬石头、扛树木、扯竹子。
被暴雨折断的竹子，十分锋利，稍不注意，就将杨毛欣的右手手腕瞬间划开了一道近10厘米的伤口，顿时鲜血直流，差一点点就划到了静脉上。但杨毛欣还是忍着剧痛，简单的包扎一下，继续和同事们清理完路面障碍物，回到派出所，将钱包交还给老人后，才前往医院处理伤口。

看着失而复得的钱包，看着鲜血直流的民警，老年人被深深的感动，于是特意亲自送来了“失而复得暖人心，人民警察为人民”的锦旗，以表谢意。
