今年防灾减灾日的主题为“减轻灾害风险，守护美好家园”。在活动现场，市人防办、市应急管理局等部门工作人员通过悬挂防灾减灾宣传横幅、设立宣传展板、发放宣传资料、解答群众咨询、展示消防器材等多种方式，向群众讲解防空安全、地震安全、燃气安全等相关防灾减灾知识，介绍各类灾害事故防范应急技能、应急常识，进一步提高公众应急避险能力，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全。
