菜品介绍:

麻婆豆腐为川菜中经典菜品,其特色麻、辣、烫、香、酥、嫩、鲜、活八字,称之为八字箴言。豆腐色泽淡黄红润,豆腐嫩滑,入口麻辣鲜香,细腻有味,实在是下饭的拿手菜。

准备食材:

主料:豆腐500g、猪肉40g

调料:油、生抽、葱、盐、豆瓣酱、水淀粉、豆豉酱、花椒粉、姜

做法步骤:

1、准备好所有食材;

2、猪肉切碎;

3、豆腐切块,用淡盐水浸泡10分钟,沥干水分;
