这是疫情检测卡点建立以来，西水镇香柱山志愿者值守的第六个夜班。他值守的邓家坪疫情检测卡点是新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情发生后，西水镇通往外界的必经要道，升钟镇与西水镇联防联控建立的综合性检测点。

疫情当前，我们必须上一线。”有着多年志愿身份的杜海坚毅地说“防控疫情一线，不仅是践行志愿者的初心，更是我们保卫家乡人民的责任。”

70后的杜海是西水镇香柱村的一员。是河北天发建筑企业老板，还是一名公益带头人，他成功组办了几届老年敬老会，带头为村里老人捐款捐物。在疫情狙击战中，他主动向村书记请战攻坚一线，又义无反顾的转战防疫一线，成为防控疫情卡点的坚守者。

2月13正在岗位上值守的杜海，杜小良听取西水镇政府张书记的指示“人员流动是疫情防控工作的重点和难点，每天卡点过往的车辆都是潜在的风险。”眉头紧锁的杜海说“卡点的职责就是日夜坚守，逢车必查、逢人必查，守住家门口这道防线。”

在路口卡点值守的敬友刚坦言，深夜没有车辆和人员流动的时候，岗位上执勤的他才会稍稍踏实些许。

一张简易的桌子、一个温度计、一张卡点提示牌，一群党员干部，组成了西水镇，街道，村、社“四级”疫情防控值守卡点。

我们文武庙村里的卡点主要是由6个人组成，按照两班分配，一批人在半夜休息，等休息好后又换另外一批人进行休息，最冷的时候是半夜三四点钟。”文武庙居委书记刘小松说“我们村居委是西水场镇的中心，守好这个点，就守住了西水镇的经济及政务中心，居委的党员，干部，及巾帼志愿者罗春秋，赵怀娇，她们主动来防疫卡点值守。

关键时刻，群众看党员。马家坪村的何春应书记，在防控疫情的关键时刻，他要求党员干部带头，又倡议村民们主动报名分工分班值守，把防控点人员值守时间及换岗排列出来，与村两委一起勇挑重担，把守好全村通道上的防疫关口。

中房湾村是通往双峰乡及凤凰岛的要道，在村级两委的领导倡仪下，村内有很多捐款的乡友，有买饮用水及食品的老爷爷老奶奶，更有热心大姐送鸡蛋，这些看似简单平凡的奉献，却诠释了农村人在国难面前的大义精神。同张家界防疫官员举家外逃，众多明星出国避难形成鲜明的对比。

在疫情防控中，西水镇党委、政府组织46名镇干部、25个村（居）、163个社，近300名村社干部，以及自发踊跃参与的近200名党员、志愿者，共同“织密”一张网格化疫情防控大网，镇党委政府要求我们每个人都要立足自身岗位，履行防疫责任。在急难险重任务面前，决不退缩，绝不言败。这场战斗，我们一定赢！！！
