蓬安新园乡三角岩村一座古老的石墩木廊桥近年来，蓬安县高度重视文化遗产的保护工作，采取多种措施，创新方式方法，把文化遗产保护工作纳入到各项具体工作当中，明确职责，切实加强对重点文物、非物质文化遗产的有效保护、开发和利用。目前，蓬安县共有不可移动文物614处，省级文物保护单位9处，市级文物保护单位8处，县级文物保护单位23处，实施完成了吐佛寺、新园廊桥、定坝子廊桥、正源镇红豆村元代石刻保护修缮工作，目前已启动省保单位相如故城古建筑群的保护修缮工作；编制完成了4处省保、县保单位保护规划；对17处重点文物保护单位竖立了保护标志碑。
