阆中：杀年猪，吃庖汤，迎新年！
杀年猪，吃庖汤，迎新年，阆中首届民间庖汤节于2017年12月23日在阆中市金垭镇庙子滩村官家湾举行。俗话说“大寒小寒杀猪过年”,杀年猪代表了团圆、和睦、丰收，也体现了最为传统的秋收冬藏的农耕思想。庖汤是杀年猪时必吃的第一道主菜，主料是新鲜的大块薄片猪肉、心肺、粉肠、新鲜血旺等，宰杀年猪时，主人要邀请亲朋好友和街坊邻居参加，主人家会煮上一大锅新鲜猪肉来招待大家，俗称’吃庖汤”，就此拉开了迎新年的大幕。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/50a1000417f2361b4aa4
