公司在消水镇成立了营山县大营寨贡米种植专业合作社，并选择在营山县消水镇枇杷村二社建立绿色环保食品种植基地。该村是营山重点贫困村，为响应国家实施的产业扶贫号召，天胜大酒店餐饮有限公司考察了枇杷村的气候、土壤、海拔适合种植有机米。由于该村海拔在700米以上，种出来的有机米香、甜、糯。公司采取公司+农户的模式，利用农村外出务工人员较多，大量土地闲置，农业产业发展滞后的实际情况，在该村租赁土地320亩，建立贡米种植基地，租赁土地60亩，种植油葵，让天胜大酒店的餐桌上吃上自己公司生产的绿色环保食品。

2018年8月，公司在枇杷村生产的稻谷获中欧检验认证，确定为有机稻谷，有机转换期一年，至2019年8月。今年申请认证有机大米。为保证产品绿色、有机、无公害，今年引进稻谷品种为盈江盈香1号，使用有机肥料千代田（海洋微生物菌肥）做底肥。目前使用20%的氯虫苯甲酰胺和2%春雷霉素为秧苗先行防治稻温病和明虫病害，减少秧苗今后在稻田的病虫害。为了科学管理种植基地，基地已全部安装监控以及杀虫灯。目前投入资金30余万元。
