天林乡五龙村幅员面积5.3平方公里，辖5个村民小组，农业人口1598人，贫困户49户、155人。

为早日实现该村脱贫摘帽奔小康，按照朝华书记“打造特色旅游小山村”的工作要求，将五龙村定位为“天宫院五龙度假区”，全面实施基础配套、产业发展、农房改造等项目。

目前游客接待中心、农博园、乡村民宿、观星台、骑游道、乡村大舞台及现代农业产业基地已建成，配套建设了道路、电灌站、山坪塘、蓄水池；在建的项目有乡村大酒店、体验式文化创意基地，即将充实的项目有康养中心、森林小屋群落、儿童乐园等。
