利溪镇花房子村土地流转给蓬安花好月圆种植农民专业合作社后，打造成了一个集现代生态农业、观光旅游为一体的农业示范园，养殖狮子、老虎、梅花鹿等特种动物8000余只（头），黑山羊、土猪等畜禽2万只（头）。

三青沟村

三青沟村党支部书记陈建清不顾患病的身体和窘迫的家庭，毅然挑起全村发展重担，立誓“就算脱层皮，也要干出个样子来”。在她的带领下，该村实现了社社通水泥公路，通过实施“五改三建”工程，人居环境大大改善，致富的路子越来越宽广。陈建清先后荣获四川省“脱贫攻坚先进个人”等多项荣誉称号。

蓬安县新时代文明实践中心

蓬安县是全国第二批新时代文明实践中心建设试点县之一。目前，已经建成的融媒体中心实现了平台互通、数据共享、渠道共用。广场总面积10万余平方米，场馆建筑面积约3000平方米，对群众实行免费开放。蓬安通过丰富活跃文化生活、持续深入移风易俗等五项重要内容，着力推动新时代文明实践中心建设接地气有活力可持续。

塔子山村是相如万亩晚熟柑桔产业园园区的核心之一，园区核心区面积2.6万亩。该园区依托紧靠百牛渡江景区和县城近郊的独特优势，推动园区变景区、家园变公园、农民变股民，带动121户、378名贫困人口脱贫奔康，实现园区群众户均增收8000元，成为集产业发展、脱贫奔康、农事体验、城郊观光等功能于一体的融合发展产业园。

百牛渡江景区，位于相如镇油房沟村，以“百牛渡江”为品牌，深入并拓展牛文化。总投资约1.8亿元，目前已建成太阳岛、月亮岛、百牛赞歌广场等并投入使用。依托天然的生态资源优势，大抓“百牛渡江”旅游品牌，目前一年一度的“嘉陵江放牛节”已成功举办十一届，并在今年升级成为“南充市嘉陵江放牛季”。

琳琅农村社区属于朱德故里5A级景区的核心区，是景区带村旅游扶贫代表，获“全国文明村镇” “省级四好村”“最美古村落”等称号。全村以旅游产业、客家文化为载体发展，多举措解决当地村民就业200余人，招引返乡农民工创业，创建柑橘产业园，年产值达150万元，充分带动贫困户参与入股，人均收入达到1800元/月。

仪陇县共发展蚕桑近10万亩，铜鼓乡九龙山村蚕桑基地成功创建为省级3A蚕桑现代产业园区，积极探索“产业园+龙头企业+合作社+小农户”四层带动体系，搭建起农户融入现代农业产业园建设的桥梁。园区养蚕四季产值近千万元，群众人均增收3000元以上，预计进入盛产期后，年总产值将达1.2亿元。
