2020年9月25日，南充市嘉陵区西兴街道机关支部党员大会在街办一楼会议室举行，会议由街道机关支部书记蒋梦琼主持。会议对街道人力资源和社会保障所干部朱海申请入党进行了讨论。会上朱海宣读入党申请书，谈了他对党的深刻认识。入党介绍人蒋梦琼、刘波二位同志对朱海的现实表现，做了说明，表示愿意作他的入党介绍人，并同意他加入中国共产党。参会党员以无记名投票的方式全部同意朱海同志加入中国共产党。

参加大会的党员踊跃发言，纷纷表示同意朱海加入中国共产党。党工委书记覃海波用16个字对党员标准进行了概括。覃海波指出，党员应当德才兼备、心地善良、孝敬父母、工作积极。百事“孝”为先，应当成为今后发展新党员的一条标准。
