高坑乾隆石平/拱桥位于大深南海尾水区岸边，罗家镇八村下段，为乾隆三十五年所建，距今250余年的历史，该乾隆石拱/平桥至今仍可通行！足见250年前的大清乾隆时期造桥技术的精湛！
乾隆石拱(平)桥为250年前当地上百位村民捐资修！
至今乾隆石拱/平桥桥头立有的功德六方柱上还有部分捐资人的姓名还清晰可见，不过急需修缮加以保护！
同时，乾隆石拱桥及乾隆石平桥为蓬安白云寨国家森林公园旅游打造旅游线路上的一个原生态旅游景点！
从大深南海坝头坐船至尾水区高坑段，参观完入大深南海河流上的多座石拱(平)桥后，向上走为白云寨国家森林公园主景区——白云寨片区！
游完主景区从白云寨南门下观看四川蓬安县银汉镇场镇附近旅游景点——银河鹊桥，然后至达四川广安红色旅游景区——广安协兴小平故里！！！
