目前学校建设正在火热进行中
南部东辰国际学校位于南部县满福坝片区，南侧为满福大道，东侧、北侧、西侧为规划道路。整个项目占地约180亩，项目规划面积约为15万平方米，建筑最高层数为6层，建筑高度为24米。主体建筑有小初高教学楼、小初高男女生宿舍楼、小学艺术楼、教师公寓、学术报告厅、食堂、风雨球场、大门、运动场等，为小初高十二年制一体化学校，总规划学生人数为6000人，由深圳市建筑设计研究总院有限公司规划设计。
学校公众号发布； 2020年12月底，小学初中教学楼、小学初中宿舍楼、小学艺术楼、教室公寓、报告厅等主体结构全部完工；高中教学楼及宿舍施工至3层；小学初中教学楼主体填充墙全部施工完成。
2021年1月底，所有楼栋主体结构全部完工，主体填充墙砌体完成70%，室外消防道路路基基本成形。
2021年6月底，所有主体楼栋室内外装饰、安装等工程全部完工，室外总评安装、园林景观、校园文化、大小运动场、围墙等全部施工完成。
