2021年1月22日，南充市嘉陵区西兴街道西兴社区“两委”换届指导组组长、街道办事处副主任张素芬，在街道一楼会议室主持召开西兴社区党委换届选举大会，在经过一系列法定程序后，到会的党员投票选举产生了西兴社区新一届党委。吴祥彬当选为西兴社区第一届党委书记、何明贵、袁维当选为党委副书记、安菊蓉、孙跃林、蒲海燕、王隽当选为党委委员。在圆满完成各项会议议程后，西兴社区党委换届选举大会在雄壮的国际歌声中落下帷幕。
