2021年1月24日，南充市嘉陵区西兴街道法华寺社区党总支在街办一楼会议室召开党总支换届选举大会，街道领导青智勇、张素芬、任斌到会指导，选举大会由法华寺社区“两委”换届指导组组长、街道党工委副书记、纪工委书记青智勇主持。面对参加选举大会的55名党员，马成刚、马燕、江慧、李金星、蒲亮、蒲琳等6名法华寺社区党总支委员候选人先后登台“发表”“竞选纲领”。
参加选举大会的55名党员经过无记名投票选举，马成刚、马燕、江慧、李金星、蒲亮分别以51票、51票、53票、52票、47票当选为法华寺社区总支部委员会委员。在法华寺社区总支部委员会第一次会议上，马成刚当选为社区总支部委员会书记，马燕当选为社区总支部委员会副书记，江慧、李金星、蒲亮任总支部委员会委员。选举大会在雄壮的国际歌声中落下帷幕。
