今日，土拍落锤！南充成功出让6宗土地！出让总面积约663亩，成交总金额高达19.91亿！最高成交单价630万/亩，最高楼面价4692元/㎡，受让单位包括中南/金瑞梁、嘉汇泽、碧恒、重庆垚山等。

燕儿窝两宗地块位于规划中的中央商务区内，按照早先规划这里将打造成“川东北领先的城市CBD”；去年万达集团签约进驻南充，计划投资35个亿在此打造大型城市综合体项目。多重红利加持下，让燕儿窝地块成为今天这场土拍的香饽饽。
两宗地块吸引了中南、碧桂园、科华等众多知名房企参与竞价，拍卖现场各竞买房企前期十分冷静，观望情绪较重，后期竞价开始后一度陷入焦灼，经过数十轮的议价，最终中南、金瑞梁联合拿下A-05-01/A-05-02号地块，梁荣、中南联合拿下消防支队南侧地块。

高新技术产业园SGE-Ga-1-2地块位于顺庆区高新大道华讯方舟对面，整个片区都是顺庆区的高新产业集中区，商住项目较少，生活配套相对匮乏，需要依靠附近的北站片区、潆溪片区来弥补不足。

青松片区两宗地块

青松片区两宗地块均位于永安路东侧，与逸合山语城、恒大悦龙台等项目仅一街之隔。整个青松片区由于临近高坪机场，所有建筑物均设有高度限制，故而几乎所有项目都是以低密度低楼层的洋房、别墅等产品为主，今天拍卖的两宗地块也是如此。
近两年高坪出让土地多为3.0左右的高容积率地块，相比之下这次出让的青松片区地块容积率仅1.5，将来能够有效补足市场低密改善产品的缺失。最终嘉汇泽、碧恒成功摘下两宗地块。
