6月18日晚，由中共南充市嘉陵区委、南充市嘉陵区人民政府主办的“党的光辉照我心——嘉陵区庆祝中国共产党成立100周年主题文艺演出”活动在原西南交大希望学院举行。

由舞蹈演员、中学生代表、群众文化队伍共同表演的开场舞《党的光辉照我心》将演出拉开了序幕。演出共分星火燎原、击水中流、走向复兴三个篇章。红歌联唱《百年征程》，芭蕾舞《万泉河水清又清》，情景朗诵《英雄儿女》，器乐歌舞《乘风破浪万丈澜》等十余个精彩节目次第登场，通过歌舞、朗诵、曲艺、武术等表演形式，生动呈现了中国共产党建党100年的丰功伟绩，充分展现了嘉陵儿女永远听党话、坚定跟党走的底气和决心。
