南充高坪海伦堡·半山樾是否虚假宣传啊？网友发帖表示质疑
本人去年10月在半山樾购买一套房，他们的宣传册，沙盘模型，样板间，网络销售平台均为三室两厅双卫，销售人员在整个购买过程中未提及只有两室，合同上没有文字标明几室几厅。八月初交房时是两室一厅，且无法改造。两室宣传三室重大不利因素未告知消费者，严重影响消费者真实购买意愿，明明是高层，宣称洋房来卖，绿化面积仅是国家最低标准，小区配套跟宣传天差地别，入户进门正对厕所，大白天厕所厨房伸手不见五指。
原本合同5.30前交付，请问去年十月有关部门是否有发文证明能够延期交付？
