8月24日至28日，仪陇中学2021年新教师入职培训在新政分校顺利开展。此次活动以“我是仪中人”为主题，聚焦“师德师风、教学技能、教育管理、专业成长”四大模块，采取讲座与实践相结合的方式，助力新教师快速完成身份转变，自信走向讲台。此次培训分为“开班仪式” “专题讲座”“实践训练”“结业典礼”四个板块。两个校区55名新教师参加了此次培训。
