营山芙蓉小学建设项目位于芙蓉大道东侧，一环路南侧，总建筑面积为21532.22㎡，教学楼建筑层数4F，普通教室48班，功能教室15个。

学校建有教学楼、办公楼、阅览室等基础设施。体育场地建有足球场、塑胶跑道、篮球场、乒乓球场、羽毛球场等设施，内部设施全部按照教育部颁小学一类标准配备，是一所现代化、高起点、高标准建设的学校。
