经济实力大跨越
这五年，全县经济发展势头强劲，是我们经济实力大跨越的五年。

经济指标持续攀升。2020年国内生产总值 (GDP)实现221.1亿元，“十三五”期间年均增长7.4%，连续5年高于全省、全市平均水平;投资规模不断扩大，全社会固定资产投资快速增长，“十三五”期间年均增速17.5%，连续五年增速迈入全市一方阵，经济发展后劲显著增强。

项目推进持续开展。以推进“10件大事”为抓手，每年实施“三个一批”重点项目100个以上、每年完成投资220亿元以上。其中，五年来累计实施省市重点项目70个，完成投资938.84亿元。

易地搬迁持续实施。营山县“十三五”易地扶贫搬迁总任务4801户16962人，已建成安置住房4801套42万余平方米，已全面搬迁入住。已实施配套项目450个，总投资约10亿元。建成安置区村道公路491公里、水利设施108个、配套及公共服务设施124处，入户便道183公里。

2016年以来，面对百年末有之大变局、百年未遇之大疫情，在县委、县政府的坚强领导下，全县上下坚决贯彻落实中省市县决策部署，坚持“两手抓、两手硬”，扎实做好“六稳”工作、落实“六保”任务，坚定应对各类风险挑战，牢牢稳住经济基本盘，奋力夺取了脱贫攻坚、疫情防控、经济社会发展等战役的重大胜利，全县经济运行呈现由慢转快、稳中提质的良好发展态势，各项主要经济指标快于全市、好于预期。2021年上半年，8项重要经济指标中，营山县6项指标位居全市第一方阵，GDP增速11.3%，位居全市第一位。
