墙角数枝梅，凌寒独自开。遥知不是雪，为有暗香来。
在这寒冬里，12月16日上午8.30分开始，南部县职业技术学校（南部县第三中学）的同学们，用自己的专业技能，有的刻花，有的裱花……用不同的方式，展示着专业技术的精彩。

四川省南部县职业技术学校（南部县第三中学）神厨教育烹饪专业吴磊老师说：“我们很重视同学们的基本功个职业习惯的养成。虽然行业里很多都在用鲜花代替食品雕刻的花卉，但是作为我们专业的雕刻基本功课，我们没有放松。冬练三九，目的就是要同学理解“梅花香自苦寒来”是在勤学苦练前提下才能绽放芳华。
