我们，2023西充亚洲有机产业创新发展大会的全体与会者，在“有机激发新活力”这一主题下，相聚在“生态田园·有机西充”，分享农业生产、政策、技术、研究和组织中的创新发展，推进有机产业引领乡村振兴的可行路径。当今，人们对有机农产品的需求增加十分迅猛，全球有机食品市场也正在以很高的速度增长，健康安全、天然原味的有机食品成为一种选择趋势。
有机农业提供食品安全和环境改善等公共物品，大多数国家的有机农业发展得益于公共政策支持，这意味着有机产业的进一步实质性扩展需要连贯的农业和食品工业政策，引导和制定新的前进道路。
未来的农业应该是结合有机农业、混林农业、集成农业、保护性农业、种养结合等多种可持续模式，这是保障未来粮食安全和生态可持续的答案。
鉴于此，我们特此发表宣言：
通过有机农业践行碳中和；
我们作为有机行业的参与者，应与有相同理念和愿景的有关组织和政府部门共同合作，推动社会资源向可持续发展的道路，引导社会形成可持续性消费的观念；
我们应致力于共同挖掘有机产业经济潜力，促进有机产业发展的共享合作网络，寻找更多附加值；
我们应注重增强妇女和青年的创新能力，包括帮助其获得技术和开展能力建设；
我们应全面推进有机产业发展，以此推动乡村振兴的伟大事业。
让我们携手共进，为最终实现有机农业的主流化而做出我们的贡献！

Declaration of
2023 Xichong Asia Organic Industry Innovation and Development Summit
We, all participants of the 2023 Xichong Asia Organic Industry Innovation and Development Summit, gathered at "Ecological Pastoral Organic Xichong" under the theme of "Organic Stimulation of New Vitality" to share the innovative development of agricultural production, policy, technology, research and organization, and promote the feasible path of organic industry leading rural revitalization. Today, the demand for organic agricultural products is increasing rapidly, and the global organic food market is growing at a high rate, and healthy, safe, and natural organic food with original taste has become a trend of choice.
Organic agriculture provides public goods such as food safety and environmental improvement, and the development of organic agriculture in most countries benefits from public policy support, which means that further substantive expansion of organic industry requires coherent agricultural and food industry policies that guide and chart new ways forward.
The future of agriculture should be a combination of organic agriculture, forest agriculture, integrated agriculture, conservation agriculture, planting and breeding and other sustainable agricultural models, which is the answer to ensure future food security and ecological sustainability.
In view of this, we hereby declare that:
Realize carbon neutrality through organic farming;
As stakeholders in the organic industry, we should cooperate with relevant organizations and government authorities with the same concept and vision to promote the path of sustainable development of social resources, and guide the society to form the concept of sustainable consumption;
We should strive to jointly tap the economic potential of the organic industry, promote the shared cooperation network of the development of organic industry, and find more added values;
We should focus on empowering women and youth to innovate, including through access to technology and capacity-building;
We should comprehensively promote the development of organic industry, so as to promote the great cause of rural revitalization.
